Lions Clubs International Relations Committee
This committee is a combination of three committees namely :
(1) Lions Foundation of Canada, (2) Education and Conventions, (3) Constitution and By-Laws.
(1) Responsible for annual donation, and promotion of the Foundation arranging for people who will need a Dog Guide, Hearing Ear Dog or Special Skills Dog, and transportation of said people to and from Oakville.
(2) Conveying any information regarding the International, M.D.A., and District A-3 Conventions, to the members of the Lions Club of Bowmanville.
Periodically to refresh the minds of the members of the duties and obligations they have made to Lions Clubs International, their communities , and the people less fortunate than ourselves.
(3) To update the Constitution and By-Laws annually if necessary. Responsible for the organization and control of the election of the Lions Club Officers.
This committee reports to the Board of Directors. Membership is for a one year term, though members can stay on the committee for longer periods.
